The lifespan depends on the chassis and how much use it gets. The typical lifespan falls in the range of 4-10 years.
For heavy-duty use, our clients see 4-6 years. We’ve also seen smaller businesses get an additional 4-5 years of use out of them.

With available vehicle inventory, 2-3 business days. Typical competitors require more time in conventional bodies due to labor intensive designs. With the kit body construction and investment in standard body inventory, ToughLite is able to install faster.
How long will it take to get the body once purchased?

That depends on the quantity. If you’re purchasing over 10 vehicles, you won’t qualify for Quick Ship which means a 16-18 week turnaround.
If you’re purchasing fewer than 5 vehicles-and if inventory levels are good-- Quick Ship allows for a 2-week turnaround. We always aim for a 2-week turnaround.
If I don’t want to have the ToughLite body installed at your Minnesota facility, can it be shipped and installed with a local installer?

How easy is it to install graphics and how will they look?

All panels are smooth on the outside, so it is easy to install graphics that look even better than standard bodies. It also takes 3 hours less to wrap a ToughLite body compared to competitive bodies which leads to cost savings for you.
If the body is damaged, how would I get it repaired?

Aluminum profiles can be replaced if damaged. Typical damage can be repaired at any body shop because they have the fiberglass components.
